Do you do packaging and the website, or just one?

Both, and we'd rather do both. Most of our clients come to us for one thing — usually a Shopify build or a package redesign — and end up handing us the rest, because the second surface is always easier when the same team made the first one. You're welcome to start with a single project. We don't require a bundle.

Can I work with you on an ongoing basis?

Yes, and most of our longest relationships work that way. A monthly retainer covers new product launches, PDPs, Amazon assets, email campaigns, seasonal packaging, and store updates as they come up — instead of scoping and quoting each one. If you'd rather do project work, that's fine too.

Why not just use Fiverr or Upwork?

Because a marketplace sells you tasks and you're trying to build a brand. You'll get a logo from one person, a Shopify theme from another, and Amazon images from a third, and none of them will have seen the other two. It's cheaper up front and you pay it back in the year you spend making everything match. We're one team that holds the whole brand, and we don't disappear between projects.

What do you actually do?

Shopify websites, branding, packaging design, conversion optimization, email marketing, and marketing assets — static ads, product detail pages, and Amazon listing images. We work with consumer product brands. If you're selling software or services, we're probably not the right fit.

How long does a project take?

The timeline for a project varies based on its complexity and scope. Typically, smaller projects can be completed within a few weeks, while larger initiatives may take several months. We always strive to provide a clear timeline during the initial consultation.

What happens after launch?

We hand over the site with the training to run it, including walkthrough videos for your team. You should be able to add a product, swap a hero, or launch a campaign without calling us. When you want us back for something bigger, we're here.
